Legal Tech Mentorships are aimed at increasing excellence of the legal professional and the quality of legal tech applicants within a structured time frame. Mentees work toward educational goals and establish personal accountability, while Mentors support them through next-level education, training and community  engagement.

Legal Tech Mentors are Legal Techs and Legal Tech Candidates who meet with prospective Legal Techs for one to two hours each month. Mentors work towards setting personalized, measurable and attainable goals. After a year, the relationship ends with a celebration of achievements. As a way to "pay it forward," Mentees are encouraged to serve as a Mentor to a prospective Legal Technician once they have passed the licensing exam.
